Resellers

IT TEL offers ITVault as a wholesale solution for resellers. Anyone can become a reseller but this service is by it's nature best suited to fit in the portfolio of telecommunication service providers and operators. The costs involved are not substantial. The only investment that reseller has to do is in the connection to IT TEL's network. Beside that the only costs are those for advertising and administration.

Business model is based on the commission that reseller is entitled to and we offer a percentage of the monthly charges as commission to our resellers. It is tailored to promote large number of customers with low average storage usage.

Beside the above mentioned commission, the reseller charges the end users for professional services (i.e. if there is the need to support the customer's IT department to create an IT environment to secure the back up of all business relevant data, such services are charged according the reseller's price list). The revenues from such installation charges belong fully to reseller. Also all the revenue resulting from interventions of resellers personnel at customers’ sites belongs fully to reseller.
